Mutoh, wide-format piezo inkjet printer manufacturer is launching the ValueJet 1304 -54" printer at SGIA in Orlando, FL at the Orange County Convention Center booth #2254. The ValueJet 1304 Eco-Solvent printer for outdoor durable printing applications incorporates Mutoh’s intelligent interweave print technology that virtually eliminates banding, and can print speeds up to 145 square feet an hour with a maximum media width of 54.”

The ValueJet 1304 – four color printer (C,M,Y,K), is easy to install, operate and maintain providing additional productivity without compromising image quality by offering 10 print modes including the new 540x720 dpi mode that is perfect for banners. The 10 print modes allow for a wide range of printing possibilities on a variety of inexpensive, uncoated media. The resolution can be set to 540, 720 or 1440 dpi.

A grainy look is alleviated using Mutoh's i²; Intelligent Interweaving print technology. Mutoh has taken a totally new approach with its i² technology. Ink is laid down carefully in optimized wave forms, not in straight lines used in traditional printing practices. This approach will drastically reduce or even eliminate typical inkjet printing artifacts such as horizontal banding, step mismatch banding, ink mottle, etc. In short, i² will allow bi-directional printing of all images, even for the most critical jobs. |
The ValueJet’s improved print speeds and exceptional image quality are made possible through Mutoh’s new piezo print head technology. The ValueJet has 1440 total nozzles and variable dot technology to produce outdoor durable, photo quality images.
The ValueJet piles on the value creating brilliant images using Mutoh’s Eco-Ultra inks, available in 220 ml cartridges. Eco-Ultra ink is Mutoh’s 3rd generation of eco inks, which last up to three years outdoors, without lamination.
The printer includes 4 ink cartridges required at initial installation, 4 cartridges of cleaning solution, Raster Image Processor (RIP) software, and roll-up device. The ValueJet 1304 includes a starter set of Eco-Ultra ink, a Mutoh version of SA International SE software, and a 1 year on-site warranty.
